Very proud to share a new paper from the lab in PNAS by Diana, Annelot and Paula in close collaboration with the lab of Orlando Sharer.
We characterize a new XPA patient allele that weakens the interaction with TFIIH and selectively affects transcription-coupled nucleotide excision repair.

Postdoc Janne van Schie joins the lab on an ERC-funded project to study transcription recovery after DNA damage.
Erasmus exchange MSc student Mario López-Prieto started today and will join forces with postdoc George Yakoub to study E2 enzymes involved in TCR.
